The renovation of the 1300SF, 2-bedroom residence includes the integration of the dining and living areas; a new and expanded kitchen; the redesign of the bathrooms; the addition of storage; and new finishes and fixtures throughout.
The clients requested spaces more conducive to their lifestyle, where ample room could be provided for their son to play, and where the activities of cooking, eating, and lounging would be blurred. To do so, walls were strategically removed. Where possible, spaces dedicated to tight corridors were taken away and handed over to spaces for living.
